The draft FY 2019-20 Action Plan is available for public review and comment from June 18, 2021 through June 22, 2021. The Substantial Amendment #2 to the FY 2019-20 Annual Action Plan proposes to do the following:  – Appropriate $453,824 in new supplemental Coronavirus aid funds (CDBG-CV) – Reallocate $9,698 in unspent CDBG-CV funds – Proposed funding categories include $325,000 for homeless outreach and case management services, $113,692 for existing public services providers to prepare, prevent, and respond to the Coronavirus, and $25,000 for program administration.  The draft Substantial Amendment #2 to the FY 2019-20 Annual Action Plan is available for review on the City’s website at https://encinitasca.gov/Residents/Housing-Resources/Community-Development-Block-Grant-Program. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, effective March 18, 2020, all City facilities are closed to the public. Hard copies of the draft document will be mailed or e-mailed upon request.
