Union Pacific Railroad Co. is entitled to a summary judgment of disability discrimination and non-compliance with claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act of a retired “Skilled Signalman” with severe degenerative osteoarthritis in his left hip, a federal court in Missouri ruled.
