OSWEGO COUNTY – Oswego County legislators presented Oswego ARISE with a proclamation declaring Monday, July 26th, “Americans with Disabilities Awareness (ADA)” day. Through advocacy, education and training, Oswego ARISE works with individuals and communities to ensure that people of all skill levels have access to services, employment, transportation, shelter and telecommunications; and affirm their dignity, independence and self-esteem.
