SYRACUSE – The Olinsky Law Group announced that they had Susan Allen, Esq., Alexander Hobaica, Esq. and Amy Ganetis, Esq. as a social security disability appeal lawyers of the federal court and social security disability hearing lawyer Valerie Didamo, Esq.

Allen earned her Juris Doctor (JD) from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts (2019). She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Colgate University, Hamilton (2015). It is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association. She previously worked for Long, Hagan, Huff-Harris, LLC. Boston; Brian J. McLaughlin Law, Boston, Mass .; and Laurence Cote, Esq., Boston, Mass. Allen was born in Rochester and currently resides in Syracuse.
Hobaica obtained his JD from Albany Law School in Albany (2017). He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, summa cum laude, from Utica College, Utica. He was admitted to the bar in Minnesota, Northern New York District, and Colorado District. Previously he worked for Vindigni, Betro & Getman, PLLC, Oneida; Helmer Johnson & Misiaszek, Utica; and the District Attorney of Oneida, Utica. Hobaica was born in Utica and currently lives in Utica.
Ganetis received her JD from Syracuse University College of Law, Magna cum Laude, Syracuse. She also holds a Masters of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Albany (2008); a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice and sociology, summa cum laude, from the University of Albany (2006); and an associate’s degree in criminal justice, summa cum laude, from Onondaga Community College, Syracuse.
Ganetis was an unemployment hearing officer and worked for the law firm Mafrici, PC, Cicero; Syracuse; Syracuse Medical-Legal Partnership and the Syracuse University College of Law Child and Family Law Clinic. Ganetis was born in Canastota and currently lives in the community.
Didamo received her JD from the State University of New York from the Buffalo School of Law in Buffalo (1990). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a pre-medical degree from Iona College in New Rochelle and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Didamo previously worked for Stanley Law Offices in Syracuse as a Social Security Disabled Attorney. It was owned by Valerie T. Didamo, Esq. Law firm working for Cytec Industries Inc., Stamford, Connecticut, as an in-house patent attorney; was a patent, trademark, and copyright attorney with Strook Strook & Lavan, New York; was a patent attorney with Davis, Hoxie, Faithful & Hapgood, New York; and as a research fellow, Department of Cell Biology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx. She was born in the Bronx and currently resides in Cicero.
