2nd Circ. Will not Rehear Harvard Legislation Grad’s Incapacity Declare

Law360 (June 9, 2021, 4:13 p.m. EDT) – The Second Circuit has denied a Harvard Law School graduate’s petition to review a panel ruling that found the New York Board of Law Examiners immune to allegations that it is against federal law not to provide accommodation for her during her bar exams.

Tuesday’s ruling, a two-line order from a court clerk, denied Tamara Wyche’s May request for three judges to be heard again or for the district court to reconsider April’s ruling.
