Excellus BlueCross BlueShield is proud to be named one of the best employers for the inclusion of people with disabilities, having scored a high of 2021 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI), a national benchmarking survey by Disability: IN and the American Association of People with Has reached 100 percent disabilities.
The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that helps companies create a roadmap of measurable, concrete actions they can take to achieve disability inclusion and equality. Each company receives a score on a scale from zero (0) to 100, with those who earn 80 or more being recognized as “Best Employers for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities”
