The DEI – a joint initiative of the American Association of People with Disabilities, the largest disability rights organization in the country, and Disability: IN, the global network for business disability integration – is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that helps companies create a roadmap for measurable to create concrete measures that they can take to achieve integration and equality of disabilities. The 2021 index measures culture and leadership, company-wide access, employment practices, social engagement and supplier diversity.
